Country artist Morgan Wallen was captured in Nashville, Tennessee, Sunday night on counts of wild danger and messy lead, a lawyer for the vocalist affirmed to ABC News on Monday.

"At 10:53p Sunday night Morgan Wallen was captured in midtown Nashville for careless peril and tumultuous direct. He is participating completely with specialists," Worrick Robinson, Wallen's lawyer, said in an explanation to ABC News.
As indicated by court reports acquired by ABC News through ABC Nashville subsidiary WKRN, not long before 11 p.m. Sunday, officials remaining beyond Bosses Bar on Broadway "saw a seat come from a higher place and hit Broadway." The archives express that Wallen put others "in fast approaching peril of death or serious substantial injury" with his supposed activities.
