Tyson and Paul said Friday that they will declare another battle date one week from now. They were booked to meet on July 20 at AT&T Arena in Arlington.

Tyson became sick on a departure from Miami to Los Angeles last Sunday, and his flight was met by people on call. Tyson's camp credited the episode to an ulcer issue.
